The 2019 Toyota Corolla Sport hatchback is equipped with at least 6 speakers, an 8-inch color touch screen, Wi-Fi connection, USB and auxiliary audio ports, and is equipped with Apple Car Play for the first time. In addition, the model is also equipped with Toyota Intune 3.0 network suite, Siri Eyes Freely and Amazon Alexa. Its HD radio,

 weather and traffic reports, networking services and JBL audio system with eight speakers are upgraded. Therefore, the above-mentioned features that were only available in luxury models are now available in the standard version of Corolla. For safety configuration, the  Toyota Corolla Sport hatchback is equipped with the latest Toyota Safety Sense Kit 2.0. Specifically, it comes standard with an automatic high beam, lane departure warning with steering assistance, lane tracking assistance, road sign assistance, full speed dynamic radar cruise control, and a pre-crash system with pedestrian detection.

Toyota's goal is to sell 2,300 Corolla Sport hatchbacks per month in Japan, which is 1,000 more than the target set by Corolla Auris. The car starts at about 2.1 million yen ($19,000), while the Corolla Auris starts at about 1.8 million yen.
